1. On-site Assessment
A Revitalize Mixers representative will visit your location to conduct a thorough evaluation of your fleet. During this visit, we’ll assess:
- Whether your fleet includes strong candidates for refurbishment. Learn more about what makes a good candidate.
- The specific repairs and upgrades needed to restore and optimize performance, creating a custom refurbishment package tailored to your needs.
2. Transparent Quoting
Our team will provide a detailed quote. You’ll receive an accurate budget estimate for our services, along with clear answers to your questions.
3. Timeline
Once an agreement is signed, Revitalize provides an estimated start and completion date for the unit. Customers also receive weekly email updates on the unit’s progress.
4. Pre-refurbishment Inspection
Our team will individually inspect each truck in our shop to identify any additional repairs beyond the standard refurbishment agreement.
5. Recommended Repairs
You will receive a detailed quote for any recommended repairs outside the standard refurbishment agreement. This allows customers to decide whether to include the repairs during the refurbishment process or handle them in-house after the unit is returned. Our goal is to equip customers with the information they need to make the best decision for their equipment.
6. Perform Refurbishment
The unit will undergo the refurbishment process based on the customer-tailored package and approved recommended repairs.
7. Post-refurbishment Inspection
After completing the standard refurbishment and recommended repairs, each unit undergoes a thorough quality control inspection. Any issues identified during the inspection are resolved to make sure the unit is ready before returning to the customer.
